Is my donation secure?

Yes. When accepting payments The Thomas Foundation and its vendors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover to protect cardholder data through encryption and strict access controls. The Foundation and its vendors perform regularly scheduled reviews to confirm adherence to these standards.

Is my donation tax-deductible?

The Thomas Foundation is registered as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Contributions to The Thomas Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Upon completion of your donation, we will send an email donation receipt as your official record. Please save or print this receipt for your financial records as it may be useful to you when completing your tax return.

Will I receive a receipt?

A donation receipt will be sent to you at the email address you provide on this form. Please be sure to keep a copy of your receipt for tax purposes. If you select a recurring donation, you will be sent an individual receipt each month when your donation is processed.

This website is operated by The Thomas Foundation (“TF,” “we” or “us”). These terms and conditions of use (“Site Terms”) apply solely to your access to, and use of, thomasfoundation.org Web site operated by TF and other TF Web sites including mobile sites and applications which link to these Site Terms (the “Sites”). These Site Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with TF for products, services or otherwise.

Mobile Communications

If you request to receive updates or other information by mobile phone or text message, you consent to our communicating with you via your mobile device. We do not charge for these services. However, your carrier’s normal messaging, data and other rates and fees will still apply. You should check with your carrier to find out what plans are available and how much they cost. At any time, you may text STOP to cancel or HELP for customer support information.
